wear. The pads are worn 1/4" on one side and approx 1/8 on the other.

I could lift my land rover by about 3 to 4 feet in my garage before it

I used to think idling (maybe more than 5 min) was bad for engine, but
then I read elsewhere that it's no worse than driving.   I think i read
that idling with AC on puts alot of stress on the engine.  Is this
