I just had the unfortunate experience of having the transmission on my
1997 Oldsmobile Silhouette go out at 96k miles.  For the last 2-3
months, it had shown signs of trouble (short delays engaging into
gear), but no slipping.  The local transmission shop did a full fluid

it wants to start it sits and prrsssssssss but it doesnt kick in fully and
it wont start fully.  what is wrong here anyone help ? its not the batter
or the alternator. they are both vary new parts. Its gotta be something
like fuel or spark what do u all think ?

My car transmission sometimes malfunctions when the engine is hot.
Also 'Check Engine' light comes (code # 32 when scanned), but I am
not sure if they are related. I got transmission and EGR valve
replaced, but still I have both problems.

I started noticing that my car seems to be losing
coolant these days, and I am seeing greenish deposits
on the outside of the radiator.  It looks like my
radiator is leaking, and going some google-ing, broken

If the headgaskets are in fact blown, would the auto (96 OBW w/178 k
miles) overheat when reving at 4k with the AC on?  I just had my
running like that (not in "drive") and the temp gauge was at the 7
o'clock position.

I am thinking of buying a Chevy Astro, GMC or Chrysler or something
like it (don't care which minivan acutally, but I know I cannot afford
the foreign ones).
My question is if you think I should buy an older one with a V6 and fix

The air conditioner stopped working today in my 98 Mercury Sable
Stationwagon.  I checked vent and all other functions and they ceased
working too.  I checked both the interior and exterior fuses for the blower
or anything I could think of relating to the AC and they all check good.

and therefore the power steering isn't working because the compressor
