I still have the original plugs at about 130,000 miles! (Don't tell me how much gas I've been wasting!) I took the plastic cover off the top of the engine. It doesn't look like I'm in for the usual plug-changing experience!!

I'm looking at a new Trailblazer. It has a locking differential. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? It is not 4 wheel drive. What exactly does this do, and is it just another thing to break? Are these things trouble-prone, expensive to maintain, etc.?

| Even more 454 problems | 12 Jul 2005 14:43 GMT | 7 |
Well I'm back... if anyone recalls I have a 454 that had eaten up some lifters. It's a PCM 454 in a 1988 Supra Saltare ski boat. I pulled the engine and have it completely disassembled. I haven't found any evidence of oil starvation, and all of the cylinders and valves LOOK

| Mighty Honda Civic | 12 Jul 2005 12:04 GMT | 2 |
I busted an axle. Not the CV joint, the actual axle. From a standing start in a parking lot, without much throttle, trying to keep the speed down. Who says they don't have any torque? Well, I admit, it was a B16 engine, and it does have a loud exhaust and an $80 aftermarket oiled

I just did the rear brakes on a 98 sonoma (has a limited slip axle). On one side, the caliper bolts were seized (I understand this is common with rear discs). Anyway, the brakes on that side were always pushing the axle outward. Now, with the new brakes, I am getting what sounds

My compressor failed so I am replacing it with a new one. I have all the necessary tools - vacuum pump, manifold gauges, flush kit, compressed air. I have read the Haynes Airconditioning manual, but I still have a few questions.
