My car broke down last night. I was wondering if anyone could give me some hints as to what's going on. I've searched through the group, but the best I can come up with, is a possible ball or CV joint problem. The car is a '97 Ford Escort.

A friend of mine is asking for help with a tire that loses pressure erratically. It will be fine for days, even weeks, and then loses pressure. Inflate it, and it is good for days or weeks again. He has taken it into a tire shop but they couldn't find anything wrong.

1975 Buick Regal's brake light goes on until you 'pump' the pedal once or twice, then I hear/feel a thump and it goes off. Feels like the vacuum seal isn't happening? I replaced the rubber inside the brake fluid cover, as I was told it was the problem, but the light still goes
