| bad turn signal | 03 Oct 2005 15:54 GMT | 1 |
I have a 1991 Geo Prizm. When I hit my left turn signal, I hear a loud screech that does not stop until I either turn the turn signal off or hold it down hard. When all I hear is the screeching noise, neither the front nor the rear turn signal lights blink at all. However, when

| 86 Ford Bronco II clutch | 03 Oct 2005 11:45 GMT | 3 |
Have a friend's 86 Ford Bronco II sitting here. The clutch takes hold at the very top of the stroke of the pedal. Is this normal? There is no adjust at the master cylinder end and the slave cylinder appears to be inside the bell housing... The clutch does not appear to slip.

I'm thinking about trying it. 22r block with a 20r head. Has any one done this? I will be building the motor for a 81 2wd standard cab truck. This is still on the drawing board. Just kind of kicking the idea around.

| SilverStar lamp life | 03 Oct 2005 00:04 GMT | 3 |
I've had SilverStar H1's in my low and high beams for almost 3 months. Well, yesterday my left low beam quit. My original stock H1's were good at 2-1/2 years of use. Fortunately PepBoys has a 3 month guarantee and gave me a pair of new SilverStars.

| disposal of old radiator | 02 Oct 2005 02:03 GMT | 5 |
I have a leaky radiator that I need to dispose of. Seems like a shame to put so much metal in the dumpster. Should I take it to a radiator shop? Recycling center? Or just ignore my feelings on the matter and trash it? :-) I can't think of anything else I could possibly put it ...

| Front Disk Pads w/LESS DUST | 01 Oct 2005 15:47 GMT | 3 |
Got a '90 Mercury Cougar and it's time to replace the fron brake pads. When the Ford dealer replaces the pads I get MUCH LESS DUSTING on my mag wheels. When independants do the brakes I get MUCH MORE DUSTING. Does anyone know of a good replacement besides the O.E.M. Ford pads.
