| 1998 Saturn SW2 wheel spec question | 21 Oct 2005 21:38 GMT | 3 |
By any chance, does anybody know the wheel offset (or wheel backspace) specification for OEM black steel wheels on a 1998 Saturn SW2? I know that they are 15" diameter, 6" wide rims with a 4x100 lug pattern, but I can't find the offset anywhere on the 'Net.

| What's the best way to remove a junkyard crankshaft bolt? | 21 Oct 2005 03:50 GMT | 14 |
Those things have like 150 ft lbs of torque on them; I've always used the hillbilly method of putting a breaker bar on the bolt, and cranking the engine. (taking the usual precautions, of course) Most junkyard cars don't have batteries and rarely seem to have starters.

| broken key | 20 Oct 2005 07:23 GMT | 3 |
I hope this isn't too far off subject. I'm wondering if there is any way to get part of a broken key out of a key hole in my car. And on that note, does anyone make keys out of something that doesn't break so easily?

The power seat and power locks stopped working on my 1995 Taurus. Both, plus the electric windows, use the same breaker. But the windows work so it can't be the breaker. Both stopped working at the same time. My

| crankcase vapors causing valve cover leak? | 19 Oct 2005 18:16 GMT | 17 |
For quite a while, I've had an oil leak from the driver-side valve cover. I've replaced the gasket once or twice, and I thought I did it right, but the oil still gets onto the exhaust manifold and smokes and stinks. It seems to be much worse when there is load on the engine,
