The clicking sound the steering column makes when the turn signals are on, will not stop in my truck. All of the signal lights appear to be in working order, the noise just stays on constantly. Any thoughts?

Could anyone please give me a short description for each of these codes. This is a 3.1 liter that dies while coming to a stop at intercections. Check engine light is not constantly lit either.

Hi a buddy brought in his 2001 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl. with check engine light on, I pulled code PO 440 which is evap system, nothing else, no small leak or otherwise. Any ideas where to head with this one are appreciated.

I want to install an oil pressure gauge and voltmeter in my 1988 Volvo 240DL wagon. There are 2 blanks to the right of the cluster with 52mm holes under them (I wish every car dashboard was as well-designed for upgradability as this!). I'm probably going to go with VDO gauges ...

I live in the California "low" desert and I and some of my friends have noticed that the brake fluid in our vehicles turns black, or very dark, over a period of about a year. Anyone have any reason why this might be taking place?

I have a 97 Cavalier. It was overheating so I installed a new thermostat. Still overheating. Took out the thermostat, ran fine but of course no heat. Bought another one and installed it and overheating again. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have been trying to locate all the freeze plugs in my engine it's a 1987 chevy g20 305 engine. It's leaking water close to the head was told that the block is craked but the two freeze plugs on either side if the so called crack are still there, Help not sure what is the problem.

I have some mini spares that have been treated annually with rubber preservative and kept in the garage in sealed plastic bags since they were new. How old can they get in this condition before they become unsafe to use?
