they only work at the fastest setting, and once in a while they have a go on the next setting, but don't work on any other setting. this makes thing inconvenient as I live in Seattle. is it a relay, or the switch? or another part?

There are a couple of good web sites about the energy balance of ethanol as a motor fuel- the net energy between burning ethanol as a fuel vs the energy required to make it. However, what about the CO2 emissions? I cannot find such a site.

I have a 1988 Cherokee with stock height, tires and rims. I am looking at a set of tires and rims in ebay wich are 31x10.50R15LT; I know the rims will fit but will the tires fit my vehicle w/o having to lift it? Let me know? Thanks.

What would be the approx cost to rebuild an auto trans? More specifically, a 1998 Taurus SE with the 24V 3.0L engine. The trans is starting to slip at 172,000 miles. Engine runs like brand new.
