they only work at the fastest setting, and once in a while they have a
go on the next setting, but don't work on any other setting.
this makes thing inconvenient as I live in Seattle.
is it a relay, or the switch? or another part?

There are a couple of good web sites about the energy balance of ethanol
as a motor fuel- the net energy between burning ethanol as a fuel vs the
energy required to make it.
However, what about the CO2 emissions?  I cannot find such a site.

I have a 1988 Cherokee with stock height, tires and rims. I am looking
at a set of tires and rims in ebay wich are  31x10.50R15LT; I know the
rims will fit but will the tires fit my vehicle w/o having to lift it?

What would be the approx cost to rebuild an auto trans? More
specifically, a 1998 Taurus SE  with the 24V 3.0L engine. The trans is

I have a 93 Tracer that has a leak from the gas tank. Whenever it is above
1/2 a tank, the excess fuel seeps out. I was told there is a line that is
disconnected from the tank that is supposed to allow pressure relief from
the tank. My question is where is the port for this line. I ...

i recently bought a 1990 nissan pulsar nx 5 speed it sterted when i got
it then when i shut it off it wouldn't start again? i changed the fuel
filter and plugs and had sprayed starter fluid it and it started again
i went around the block came home shut it off again and i haven't ...
