got a question regarding my intake manifold/vacuum leaks... About a year

Where to get a free VIN check?12 Mar 2006 15:41 GMT10
Where to get a free VIN check?
I remember there is something like a per month charge, and some website
provide the check for free, or at a much cheaper price than buying directly.
Carfax has 1 car check for 19.99, too much. I like monthly pay.

2004 Trailblazer12 Mar 2006 11:18 GMT2
My Trailblazer has started to shut off while I'm driving. After it
shuts off the gauges start to flip out. It doesn't do it all the time
but frequent enough to cause concern. Do you know if it's something I
can fix myself or try to before taking it to a mechanic?

I have a friend who has a Mazda Protege 5 (year?) that keeps burning

the socket and it is 14.3 volts.  He doesn't have a service manual to
indicate what the spec maximum voltage should be from the alternator
