slick 50, mpt, mg, and others, do these anti-friction agents help in any way to reduce friction, increase fuel mileage? do the motor oil people add any of the above type friction agents to the oil?

I just changed the oil and filter on my gf's 96 Nissan Sentra (170,000 miles) and now the oil light comes on after the engine is warmed up, when the car is in Drive, and stopped, such as at red lights.

I posted this before (regarding an ATF leak down the shaft splines and out the center of the U-joint yoke) and the answer was "leaking check valve in torque conveter". I assume this valve is inside the torque converter? Is this valve servicable or do I need to replace ...

I redid the drum brakes on my 97 Ford E150 van, including new shoes, wheel cylinders, springs, and drums. I adjusted the star wheel adjusters to maximum looseness, but the shoes are still alittle too tight against the drum. I had to pound on the drums with a mallet to
