ABSAAR BATTERY CHARGER - KNACKERED ???????27 Mar 2006 17:07 GMT1
I just bought a 12v 20 amp ABSAAR car battery charger and tested it
with a voltmeter on open.
it read 11 volts, i then touched the clamps by mistake and it now reads
only 8 volts.

the temp gauge was reading 100 and the oil gauge was reading over 50.
Actually it was between the 45 and 60 so that would make it about 52.5

Those cars are like 30% below market price. How do I tell if a salvage title
car is due to stolen or accident? Does Carfax say the reason for salvage?
If I check it by eyes, what points/parts I should look carefully?

I have a sidewall tire cut about 2 inches but the tire is fine with no
loss of pressure.
Should I be concerned.  Should it be repaired or replaced ?

No problem replacing right (passenger side) but FWD driver axle not
releasing from differential on '94 Camry 4 cylinder.
