Power steering leak17 Apr 2006 21:36 GMT5
I have a 96 Honda Accord V-6 and it's leaking power steering like a

however the leak is coming from the other side of the engine-return
line. I think the rack is going out-anybody know what it costs to

Gremlins in the Gauges17 Apr 2006 18:22 GMT3
Just bought a 1998 3.0L Plymouth Voyager.  The gas gauge showed that
the tank was about 1/4 full, so I went to the gas station and filled up
the tank.  When I restarted the car, the gas gauge registered dead
empty and the Low Fuel warning light came on and the dash alarm dinged
'96 Honda Clutch Adustment Question17 Apr 2006 18:17 GMT7
I'm having to push my clutch pedal closer and closer to the
floor to make the clutch disengage.
There seems to be no way to adjust the thing, nor is there
evidence that the disk is warped (i.e., no clutch chatter).
How long to REBUILD a TRANSMISSON?17 Apr 2006 17:46 GMT13
I drive an ice cream truck part-time and the other day my transmission
went.  The mechanic said that they would either find a used one, which
they haven't or he would have to REBUILD one.
In general, how many days does it take to REBUILD a transmission on a
cleaning EGR valve17 Apr 2006 14:45 GMT3
how can an EGR valve be cleaned? it comes off easy on between intake and exhaust

Brake rotors from eBay17 Apr 2006 13:27 GMT12
I am in need of new brake rotors for my '95 Pontiac Brand Prix SE.  I was
considering upgrading to cross-drilled/slotted rotors from eBay.  Does
anyone have any experience with these?  Are they worth the money?  What are
the pros and cons of using these rotors?
grease types17 Apr 2006 06:02 GMT6
Is there a difference in grease applications?
After recent work on the inner part of one driveshaft, the mechanic
packed it with a pinkish grease. Prior to this it had black grease
(probably 2 yrs/10,000 miles old).  I'm about to work on both shafts
Ford Windstar Transmission Slipping in First Gear17 Apr 2006 02:55 GMT7
It's a 1998 Windstar with 145000 miles. Transmission sometimes slips
when starting out from a dead stop.
So far I've only had one shop take a look at it. They offered to
rebuild the transmission. The repair would have an 18,000 mile
