I cant find my oil leak at first i was thinking the oil was shuting back up the tube but i nearly glued it down but it was still shuting oil all around my dip stick and parts of the top of my engine. could this be my dipstick tube gone bad? i checked the valve cover gasket

I noticed today that the gap in one of the front wheel wells (gap between the top of the tire and body) is way wider than that of the three other tires; I can fit my fist inside. The other gaps are relatively narrow. (98 accord sedan).

I'm used to lawnmower carburetors - gravity feed, bowl, float, etc. Now, I'm looking at a weedwhacker, which is a little different. It has a diaphram that controls the needle valve, which seems clear enough. But, I don't see how the diaphram is operated.
