Weak Blower Motor17 May 2006 17:22 GMT8
I have a 97 Dodge Ram Van B2500. This model has only front air and it
is a big van. The fan seems very weak and simply does not put out even
on high. I have a new AC system, new fan motor, new condesor, new
switch and a new resistor! Does anyone know why this fan is soooo weak?
What type of wheel weight?17 May 2006 16:47 GMT3
Is there any information on a site that describes what weights are best
for what wheel on what car (for balancing) ?  (Not the stick on the
clamp on weights.)
Also, I have not seen any for sale except for ebay???
Gasket Sealer?17 May 2006 06:11 GMT15
I'm replacing the water pump on my Mazda Protege while I have it apart
to replace the timing belt. The manual recommends using sealer on the
water pump gaskets. What would be the best kind to use? I was thinking
of that blue silicone stuff since I have some on hand but I need to
Fuel Problem in 1985 F150 302 EFI17 May 2006 05:53 GMT3
I have just obtained a 1985 Ford F150 with the 302 engine, EFI fuel
system.  This vehicle is in a no start condition,  I have narrowed the
problem to a fuel problem by squirting gasoline in the intake and
cranking,  the engine fires and will run as long as fuel is present.

2002 Chrysler Town and Coutry squeak in motion17 May 2006 02:54 GMT2
Any idea what to check for what sounds like front wheel squeak on a
2002 chrysler Town and country minivan.  Van has 48000 miles.  Does not
appear to be brake related, ie, does not change when applying brakes.
If vehicle is in motion, it squeaks.  At a stop sign, squeak stops.
Jeep Dual Battery Setup Questions17 May 2006 01:56 GMT3
I am setting up a dual battery in my Jeep Wrangler.  I would like to
use dual Optima batteries.  I will use a Painless Wiring 250amp control
system which uses a relay/solenoid to manually isolate the batteries.
I'll stack the batteries using a MG or Kilby dual battery tray.  I
Rewire ignition to bypass key16 May 2006 21:46 GMT1
I have 1994 Plymouth Grand Caravan that someone tried to steal breaking
the ignition key system.  I would like to just put a toggle switch and
starter button and not have a key.  Any reason why this is a bad idea,
and any things to be careful of  or watch for before I try this?
Gasoline Access16 May 2006 21:22 GMT5
1996 Buick Roadmaster Wagon 350 V8
Is there any way, short of drilling hole in the tank, to siphon
or otherwise reasonably safely remove gasoline from this car?
Explanation:  We live in the sticks and as such end up depending
1991 Buick LeSabre transmission trouble16 May 2006 17:51 GMT1
I think it's the transmission..But while driving, the car will not
shift when I get pass 45 mph, and the rpm's stay at the 20 mark.  And
there's a high pitched squealing noise when I get up to 55.  I've been
told by numerous people that it's the modulator valve/vacuum.  Does
Acetone added to Gasoline16 May 2006 17:38 GMT10

head bolts on 90 accord 2.216 May 2006 16:14 GMT3
Hi, we had a valve job done on this motor (2.2L F22A 4 block), burned valve
from leaky valve stem seals.  Other compression numbers were consistent.
I'm trying to figure out what to do with the head bolts.  It is an "open deck"
type of motor which usually require TTY bolts according ...
93 Chrysler Lebaron brake issues16 May 2006 14:45 GMT2
OK, I did a search, and apparently there was a similar issue about a
year ago, but being a year later, a new topic is probably a good idea!
Our Lebaron just had it's front brakes done, new pads/rotors/passenger
caliper, and that's been just 3 weeks.  The passenger side is already
