| fuel pump flow rate? | 06 Jun 2006 14:49 GMT | 2 |
'99 Cavalier 2.2, port injected. Engine catches, but dies immediately. I suspect it's a fuel problem. What sort of 'free' flow rate should I get, with an open line just dumping into a container? Thanks,

| Leaking diff | 06 Jun 2006 14:39 GMT | 2 |
I have a '93 Eplorer 4x4 and a couple of days ago I noticed the smell of gear oil when I'm around the rear but never saw and drips or satins on the driveway. i was hoping it was my imagination, but today toward the end of a long ride i began to smell burning when accelerating hard

| Brakes Squealing When Turning | 06 Jun 2006 00:41 GMT | 5 |
My '97 Camaro Z28 is making a *LOUD* metallic squeal when turning hard left. It's *VERY* annoying and when driving with the windows down or the T-tops off it's unbearable. The thing is that it only happens when I turn left, and comes from the right rear of the car. I think it's ...

The speedometer on my 99 Ford Taurus, which has a V6 3.0 L engine with an AX4S transaxle and 130K miles on it, recently stop working. Engine scanning gives an error code P500, which points to a malfunctioning vehicle speed sensor... However, I have problem finding where the ...

| Transmission flush methods | 05 Jun 2006 21:55 GMT | 6 |
I agree with other posts that flushing a transmission without first changing the filter is silly. I heard this one guy devised a device suck the atf fluid via the dipstick tube.Supposedly he stuck a tube down and vaccum pumped out the fluid. Sounds plausible, but I am not

Now that I know that a blue title means that it is free and clear, why does it have a blue title and not a regular title?

| how to exchange Husky brand tools? | 05 Jun 2006 13:15 GMT | 11 |
as someone who's in the habit of buying tools at yard sales, often I end up with stuff that's nearing the end of its useful life span and therefore about once a year or so I'll take a small box full of sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc. that have

| Dashboard Stains | 05 Jun 2006 01:57 GMT | 1 |
I bought a piece of clear window film (flex-o-glass) to cover the dashboard of my new Murano to protect it from my dog's claws. It was left on for several days and when I removed it it appeared the vinyl had darkened slightly wherever there was contact. As the film

| starter shorted out - could this effect fuel injectors?????? | 04 Jun 2006 22:35 GMT | 1 |
I have a 90 325is. It has 232,000 miles on it. The starter went bad. I replaced it. Immediately after the fix, I noticed poor driveability, especially while the engine was warming up. It idles poorly and drinks a lot of gas.

| Engine won't start | 04 Jun 2006 16:58 GMT | 10 |
I was driving in town [about 25 mph] and I gradually lost power and the engine quit. No noise, bang, clang or rattle. Just a power loss and it quit. Kind of like the spark got weaker and weaker and faded away. I have a 97 1.0L metro and I thought it was a fuel pump until I found out ...

Gas Reformulation? Has anyone seen the reviews about gas reformulation on Fox News and NBC News. They claim it makes a tank of gas last longer. Has anyone used it? Thoughts?
