Engines have crankcase back pressure, blowby, and/or crankcase pressure. Different names, same thing. How does a mechanic measure crankcase back pressure? Is there a gizmo for this?

My new car has the seats bolted down with 12-point socket head bolts, see pic: http://webpages.charter.net/dwarner2/12-points.jpg I can't find anyting to fit these on snap-on.com or Sears. Any idea where to get the tools to turn these, in 3/8? drive?
