My A/C system loses pressure every couple of years to where I must add 134a
to keep the system efficient.  Instead of paying some shop almost $50 to add
refrigerant, I'd like to get one of those coolant recharge kits (Wal-Mart,
Pep Boys, etc) and add my own coolant.  Question: ...

In about 6 months three times the car overheated, the radiator overflow tank
bubbled out, temp gage went up to red etc......I let it cool, topped off

I have a 1995 chevy s10. I ran out of gas on the freeway on my way home
from work. There is a gas pump on site where i work at, but i was
running low so i emptied out and then filled up a water bottle (it
wasnt dry so it may have had water in it) with gas and put it in my

My 2003 Vibe will not start.  Battery checks out ok, engine tries to
turn over but never fires.  It seems to not be getting fuel.  How can I

Yesterday my husband took the subaru to work. He said that it started

i am in a very tight spot here and would really appreciate some advice.
we came out this morning to get in the car and found that it wouldn't
start.
it is making a rapid clicking noise when the key is turned.  we are

One more bit of diagnostic work to report:
At idle, WITHOUT a load, the two warning lights are ON ('rear' and
'charge').  WITH an electrical load (that includes both the headlights
and blower), the pair of warning lights go OFF.

34 MAP SENSOR
43 LEFT O² SENSOR

Seems that all batteries no matter what brand are made by one
of 3 companies, Exide, Douglas, and Johnson Controls.  If there's
a fourth I'm not aware of it.
The last  2 batteries I've had have been Exides from Kmart,
