I went to start up my 1998 Chev Prism LSI and it immediately began
acting wierd. I heard a sound like a relay clicking on/off rapidly plus

belt broke. Due to some bad information I had for timing the camshaft
gear, I bent some of the intake valves during the cylinder head

Passes smog test, but HC is at limit. In neutral at 1500rpm there is
slight roughness. Runs ok, no lights or codes
