my 2001 s40 (80,000 miles) had developed a vibration problem.  When I
drive at 40-50 mph the front vibrates/shakes.  Sometimes this occurs at
30mph.  I got the tires balance, that didn't fix the problem.  Took it
to the volvo dealer, they said:

The Zemco DT4 was made in California by Zemco Inc., 12907 Santa Alcosta Bvd,
San Ramon California. It was sold in Canada by Canadian Tire and Woodwards
Stores and probably others.  In about 1980 it sold for $180.00CDN in
Canadian Tire.

I've had two sets of these on a 2001 Nissan Altima GXE 4-dr.  First set
developed severe cupping on the rear (guess I was a bit lazy about
rotation).  Dealer advised that rear struts needed replacement.  Did
that (and rotated tires more regularly).  Don't know if any more cupping ...

speed, and also when veering right at high speed only (does not happen when

Do glow plugs wear out like a spark plug or just go out like a light?
To rephrase can a glow plug still have continuity but be less effective
than a new one?

I was working to install a remote starter in my 95 jeep grand cherokee.
I've gotten the starter component wires hooked up, but now it seems
nothing happens.  The internal electronics (locks, windows, clock)  all
seem to work. But when I try to turn the key and start the car, there

What water cooling system stop leak do you consider best?   I have tried
the one with little silver or copper shavings in clear liquid.  It
didn't work.   Then I tried the Barrs stop leak. Comes in silver bottle
but it makes the radiator fluid look very brown.

Does anyone know whether leaving one's car lights on affect the daytime
running light module? My mechanic left the lights on after servicing
the car and now the daytime running lights do not come on. He says the
daytime running light module needs to be replaced and that it is normal
