When I was pressing down on the brake pedal in my '94 Chevy S10 the brake pedal briefly lost tension and went striaght to the floor with little braking action. Quickly, it regained tension and braking resumed. It has worked fine since.

How can I adjust this carb to reduce emissions? Much too high in idle and driving emission test. Plugs are a little black. Idle mixture screws adjust only idle not driving test correct?

Got a 93 oldsmobile 88 so it should have obd I system in it.. Though it has a 6 wire terminal. I cant seem to get trouble codes out of it.. i dont have a scanner to plug in.. and noone around town has a book for it.. so im tryin to search online.. any help would be apprecitated..
