Did a dumb mistake this morning. Mixed up the 10w-40 bottle with the transmission fluid bottle and accidently poured motor oil into my Avalon's transmission. Put about half a cup in (a cup at the very, very most) before realizing

My wife dropped off our Ford E-350 at a local shop. They took their time in getting us the diagnosis on the bad brakes. It ended up being the master cylinder. I told my wife it would cost about 100 to 150$. Well, they called in the morning, and they said it would be 433$. $197

I turn the key and as soon as I remove my hands to change the gear and the key turn towards me the car turns off. I have to keep the key turned in order to keep it on. I can't drive like this. What may be wrong with it. I think it may be a shortage in the ignition. can

Anyone have a very simple digital tachometer schematic handy? I want to put a 4 digit LED tach into my van. Resolution of 50rpm is fine. Fed by the TACH output of a six cylinder GMC on distributor coil.
