Does anyone know where to get uncut steel or aluminum grill material? All the sources for grills I've found are prefabbed for specific vehicles, and most metal suppliers only have that really heavy stuff that's not meant for automotive use.

I want to adjust the idle up from 650 rpm (where it currently vibrates like crazy) to 1000 rpm, where it's super smooth. Is this something i can attempt myself, and can anyone tell me how? Thanks, Adam

I own a '98 Chevy Cavalier (or does it own me?). Yesterday, after driving 35 miles on the highway, at the exit ramp, it became difficult to turn right. As the gas was applied, steering went back to normal. At the traffic light, same problem turning left.
