I hate my 92 F15015 Nov 2006 03:14 GMT88
I hate my 92 F150... so much.
Here's the problem I'm most concerned with: My clutch engages right off
the floor. Causes me to stall quite a bit when pulling out. Quite
annoying. What do you folks think the problem might be, and is it
Tires sizes and effect on speed/load ratings?15 Nov 2006 02:47 GMT5
I recently bought a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS
Pole Position tires in stock 205/55R15 (W speed rated)
for my 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX.  As I was scanning
through the Tire Rack (that's not where I got my tires)

Is the ESI-687 a current probe or a DMM?14 Nov 2006 08:16 GMT3
We need a current probe for checking out fuel injectors using a
voltage-only scope. After looking at all the usual offerings on eBay, I
came upon a really nifty unit, the ESI-678, which USA Tool Warehouse is
offering as both a low amp current probe and a DMM for a good price

My above mentioned van dies whenever I decelerate from 60 to a dead

it into park and start it right up again and drive away with no

2000 Dodge Caravan Radiator Fan Switch13 Nov 2006 21:21 GMT5
Does anyone have an idea of where this switch is located? I went to
the dealer and bought it, and it's about a 1.5x1.5 square module with
a four wire connector that plugs into it. I thought most sensors for

small pieces of metal in transmission fluid13 Nov 2006 20:52 GMT2
I have a 1997 geo metro with 42k on it. When I checked my transmission
fluid (after driving for 15 minutes) I saw small specks of metal in it.
The color was dark red. Does the presence of tiny specks of metal mean
that I have a problem with my transmission? Is it ok to change the
How do you flush the heater core in a 1992 Buick Lesabre13 Nov 2006 17:40 GMT2
My 1992 Buick LeSabre does not blow any heat anymore, (the fan works
but no heat).  The coolant levels are fine and I was told that I should
try to flush the heater core.  How do you do this?  I know that I need
to find the 2 lines going through my firewall, however I cant seem to
Jeep GC- battery keeps dying- 100ma draw too mcuh?13 Nov 2006 17:21 GMT10
I've had to jump my 2001 Jeep GC many times in the last 6 weeks.
Battery and alternator check out as okay. I started looking for battery
drain.  I tested a 90-100ma draw with ignition and everything else
powered off.  Is this too high?  From what I read, this wouldn't drain

Yesterday I popped for a runout gauge, and was all confident that when
the need arises, I can measure rotor warp and runout without any
problem.
