Need Upper Intake Manifold for Aerostar with 4.0L22 Dec 2006 23:55 GMT3
I am at the end of my rope.  I have been scouring the 'net for an
intake manifold for my aerostar, since mine is cracked and leaking.
Does anyone know where I can obtain one without a visit to my local
dealership?
Plastic Bag vs Exhaust22 Dec 2006 15:41 GMT3
A neighbor got a large black plastic trash bag stuck all over the bottom
of her converters and several feet of (stainless) exhaust pipe... it
really covered evenly and adhered extremely well. We pulled off all we
could, but a lot of plastic still remains.

I got it back, it seemed to be driving pretty smoothly.  But, this

Coming home work, the temp skyrocketed.  Got home and noticed a stream of

Help me please.
Fuel Tank Issues21 Dec 2006 19:03 GMT4
I'm experiencing problems when trying to fill my vehicle with gas.  It

pump shuts off (as it does when the tank is full...but this is not the

Erratic Idle - Chugging when in gear??21 Dec 2006 11:28 GMT5
I've got a '94 Nissan Sentra that doesn't idle very smooth. When in
gear it chugs to the point you can actually feel it jerking you a bit.
However, as soon as you step on the gas it zips right along fine. When
it's in park it's not near as bad, but it definately feels like it's

1987 Town Car.  Makes a odd tinking sound when first backing up.  I only
hear it in first 10 feet when backing up. Sounded high pitch and tinny
so i thought it was hub caps.  I took off all hub caps and tightened
lugs. The noise is still there.  So far I have tried the following ...

wheel cylinders leaking?21 Dec 2006 01:27 GMT5
Wheel cylinders were replaced with NEW ones 3 1/2 years ago when upon
inspection one was found to be seeping.  Now there is another leak,
same side, with fluid leaking onto the floor and brake shoes soaked.
Three years seems soon for a cylinder to go bad.  Could there be
