When a friend cranks the engine, the overflow tube (or the tube that
sticks out the top of the carb, whatever it is) pumps out gasoline. Car
is a 1986 Honda CRX. I just installed this carburetor. What could cause
this? It's the 1.5 liter 3 barrel.

I've been to several mechanics, talked to several friends and posted on
several lists without any kind of definitive solution to my problem,
but i'll post here incase someone has seen something very similar
