Ferrari had used the tapered cam profile for varying valve timing. But valve colse at the same time when they have to. So just valve lift is varible. But in some articles i have refered it is included in variable valve timing.

Help !! I have a 740 GLE 2.3. I have replaced the intank and undercar fuel pumps and filters. The car starts up normally then quits after 30 seconds or so. It started happening as the weather started cooling down. Problem started at about 45 F. The car also has a new Air Mass

lol the easiest 2 ways ive found to increase power cheepest and noticable straight away would have to be a high pressure fuel pump no limits on how high you you can go and a bolt on supercharger thts the way that works best for me

1987 Lincoln Town Car. When its cold outside, the heater usually comes on. But about 20% of the time, heater wont come on. Its not the fan motor because it works on all 4 speeds when the system works. Also i can feel heat radiating through the vents, just no fan to push

When I start the vehicle and put it into drive we get a pretty good clunk when the transmission shifts from 1st to 2nd...and same on the downshift. Anyone else experience this and how to fix it?

OK I am stumped. I first found frothy tan oil sludge in both valve covers and a small bit on the end of the dip stick so I assumed my son (a new driver) got crazy with the pressue washer on the engine. We drained the oil, flushed the engine added new oil and flter and ran it.
