1988 Toyota Camry -13 Feb 2007 18:04 GMT4
I recently replaced the seals, gaskets timing belt on 1988 Toyota
Camry. After running it for a few weeks it started missing real bad -
barely got it home. A friend determined it was the distributor/coil
and this was replaced. The other evening I checked the timing,

Just a Question about power steering13 Feb 2007 13:14 GMT4

chrysler minivan.
I Put it on ramps in the garage and finally tracked the leak down to a

Seat belt question13 Feb 2007 06:19 GMT7
I drive 4 different vehicles.  Driver's seat belt is fine in all four.  BUT,
in three of the vehicles the front passenger is 'locked' from reaching
forward.  In other words, if he/she needs any slack to reach, say, the
radio, they have to undo their seatbelt, reach, and then ...

Turn signal doesn't work right12 Feb 2007 23:50 GMT2
Neither right nor left signal will work if I push the lever all the
way to signal, but they both will work if I push it only partially and
hold it to signal.  Hazard lights do not work at all.  Parking lights
do work.  Any help is appreciated.
Blinker issue12 Feb 2007 23:31 GMT1
I have a '96 Olds Cutlass Supreme.  Neither one of my blinkers will
work when I move the lever all the way up or down, but if manually
hold it part way, it will come on.  My hazards do not work at all.  It
seems like a connection issue to me, but I'm an accountant, not a car
Help with spot painting12 Feb 2007 18:12 GMT2
recent purchased a 76 mg midget and the previous owner has placed
some sort of industrial strength tape over a couple of small sections
on the door panels (4" square) and the lip of the hood. It seems like
it was an attempt to cover up areas where the original paint was
power steering, which fluid?12 Feb 2007 15:46 GMT8
Most places put Mercon/dextron in the power steering pump.  It is red in
color. But you can also buy power steering fluid which is clear.
If the only difference is color why doesn't the transmission fluid
bottles say can be used in power steering also?
*goofy* can struts be repaired?12 Feb 2007 15:37 GMT6
Was just curious if it was possible to repair worn struts. Even if
machinery was accessible. I think there's even more to it then that
though.
