Car Wash can damage.11 Feb 2007 19:01 GMT29
With all the mini computers in cars its common knowledge not to hose off

Electric window repairs.11 Feb 2007 17:57 GMT4
I have an 1985 Mercury Marquis.  The car is in great shape.  But all 4
electric windows are sluggish or don't work.  What kind of place would
be the best at repairing it?  Dealer? Independent?  Body shop?
Since body shops work on the exterior of car and replace doors etc from

Some people say that all additives are useless and a waste of money. I
disagree.
Which ones are the best in your opinion?
There are some I have used for years with some benefit and no problems.

Parking Brake10 Feb 2007 15:42 GMT4
I have a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2. When I drive it and shift into second gear
for the first time while the car is on, my parking brake light on the dash
comes on. I check the parking brake and it is not engaged. What is wrong
with it and what can I do to fix it? The light also stays on ...

Test for unknown current draw on battery?10 Feb 2007 14:27 GMT18
Help please!  I either have a marginally bad battery or I have an

Bleed ABS system (93 Chevy)10 Feb 2007 07:28 GMT4
I have a '93 Chevy Suburban K2500 4x4. When I look up parts for it, I
always need to tell them that it's "over 8300 lbs" or 8600 lbs. I
believe I have 4 wheel ABS on this truck. Recently, I blew out a flex
line in the LF wheel, and by the time I got home, the entire system
catalytic converter orientation09 Feb 2007 23:28 GMT6
I bought a new aftermarket catalytic converter for an '85 Dodge B150
and I'm not sure how it fits... there is a little "L" shaped tube that
comes off the body. I'm pretty sure it points foreward and on the top
once it's installed, but not positive. I haven't found out much from
