| Buy cheapest gasoline? | 28 Mar 2007 04:22 GMT | 32 |
There have been numerous articles saying there is no difference between cut rate and major brand gasoline. They say buy by price alone. The few times I have purchased cheap no brand name gasolines I have regretted it. Car is hard to start, or when running it runs rough, it

| Trouble restarting after driving awhile... | 28 Mar 2007 03:34 GMT | 2 |
I have a 2002 Grand Cherokee, and I seem to have a problem with this vehicle once I drive it twenty miles or more. After turning the car off and trying to restart it, it has a delay of one to fifteen minutes (depending on the distance driven). The longer the distance, the

| Orange or Green Coolant for 1991 Chevy K1500 Pickup with 4.3 V6 ? | 28 Mar 2007 00:54 GMT | 2 |
About 7 years ago I flushed out the green coolant in my 1991 Chevy K1500 pickup with a 4.3 V6. The truck now has about 97,000 miles on it. Normally, I would say stick with whatever coolant came from the factory but the orange coolant seemed like a better choice at the

| Am I insane? | 28 Mar 2007 00:44 GMT | 23 |
I need a pickup. I've narrowed it down to two choices, both Fords. First candidate: '93 F150, extended cab, 6' bed, 300/automatic. Beautiful body. everything seems to work but A/C. Second candidate: '72 F100, "custom" trim, 6' bed, 302/3-speed. Pretty

| Air Conditioning repair. | 27 Mar 2007 22:34 GMT | 12 |
Last year the air conditioning in my car stopped blowing cold air. A/C compressor clutch would not engage unless I jumpered the pressure switch, and even then the air was not cold. I dumped in a can of DuraCool and the cold air was restored for about a day or so.

| 1992 Voyager wheel noise question! | 26 Mar 2007 23:36 GMT | 4 |
Hey everyone, I'm back with a different automobile :-) 146K miles, new front tires 3 weeks ago. We were told at that time our brakes were at less than 50% wear so no hurry to replace them, but to plan for it in the near future.

| 67 Camaro Pitman Arm NUT SIZE? | 26 Mar 2007 22:40 GMT | 2 |
Changing a 67 Camaro from manual steering to power steering. My question: is the big nut that holds the pitman arm onto the power steering gear box the same size as the nut holding the pitman arm onto a manual steering gear box?

This refers to a 1994 Chevy Corsica with a 6 cylinder engine. Is it possible for the car's computer to send a signal to the alternator telling it to increase the voltage output? Does the alternator have a variable-voltage regulator that is controlled by the computer?

| Direction of Oil Flow through Filter | 26 Mar 2007 17:25 GMT | 2 |
While changing the oil and filter yesterday on my 85 Chevy Caprice, I noticed something strange. I always thought that oil flows into the small outer holes on the filter and then trrough the filter media, then out of the filter back into the engine through the large pipe
