I'd like to know general things you should do to get an old car running if it has been sitting outside several years. I'm thinking mainly engine work. What stuff would you put in the gas tank to clean out the gunk, gunk? gumout? What would you do for the carb, fuel injectors?

I am going on a trip 300 miles or so and I am driving a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Recently the tire went flat on the rear passenger's side and I took it to a garage. the garage didn't have the correct match to the other tires on the vehicle, but they had one that was a bit skinnier

i recently bought a 1999 econoline and notice the fresh air intake snorkel is missing, is this part really needed. i don't know why it was taken off. some people tell me force cool air into the thottle body makes for better gas mileage, others say theirs no differances.
