I'm build car and I plan to install an air conditioning system. I'm thinking of using an electric compressor like those used in refrigerators/freezers instead of the belt driven type used in most cars.

Any help appreciated...my check engine light came on on my 2002 Mazda Protege5. I went to my dealer and paid them to run the diagnostic, which they tell me came back saying that the P0031 HO2s11 Heated 02 Sensor had a malfuntion.

I'm thinking of removing the front right fender on my 85 Chevy Caprice to get at the underside of some rust holes, to spray them with rust treatment and tape them up . Can I just remove some nuts and bolts to get the fender off ? Will it go back on in the same

Does anyone know where i can find a fuse diagram. my truck has about 5 open slots and my horn and brake lights do not work. Chilton did not have it in my book. Also my parking brake light stays on in my dash, easy fix?

Thanks for looking at my problem. Truck would crank but not start. Took cap off and it was in bad shape, with the center rotor button looking like it had been partly burned off, and some arcing on all the other contacts. Replaced with another cap and rotor, which only lasted 30

I have a gallon of carburetor cleaner (paint type can w/ dipping basket) that I've had for a couple of years. It's stored in my heated garage, and was sealed shut last time I used it. There is no evidence of evaporation (in other words, the can is still full).

I noticed the gas cap of my BMW says it requires a fuel of at least 89 AKI. What does AKI stand for? Does this generally mean I have to buy the most expensive one of the three choices at the pump in the U.S.?
