Removing window tinting24 Oct 2007 23:53 GMT18
I just purchased a car that had once had window tinting on the rear

Slow warm up - detrimental to the engine24 Oct 2007 17:21 GMT19
Some person criticized my idea to add remote start to my car

The warning chimes on a 1998 Mercury Mystique aren't working right.
Normally, these should sound when the driver's door is open and the
key is in the ignition or when the headlights are on and the door is
open.

with a "new" rebuilt one from the dealership.  They did not know the
cause of the crack...just said it happens sometimes.  50 miles down
the road it cracked again!  still no cause found so they replaced it
98 Integra: Change in engine sound22 Oct 2007 23:37 GMT3
My 98 Acura Integra w/ 120k miles on it has pretty much been trouble-
free. But recently  I noticed the engine noise changes to a throaty
growl when I step hard on the accelerator like when you would do on a
highway ramp or merging into a faster lane. Its hard to describe the

I have a 1980 Datsun 310 gx (4 cyl. A14 type engine) that has an
intermittent stalling problem. About every 45 miles travelled, the
engine begins sputtering, lugging heavily and threatens to stall for
about 10-15 seconds until it finally stalls and cannot be restarted
