I removed the windshield from my truck to repair rust on the a-pillars.
The windshield is a fairly new piece of glass and I would like to re-use
it. I took a razor blade and scraped the old urethane adhesive from the
glass, but not all it came off. Now I'm having a hell of time ...

OK, i just bought an '84 Land Cruiser with a manual choke, and I have
no idea of how to use it.  My impression is that it's to adjust the
fuel/O2 mixture until the engine is warm.  I also live were it can get

Is there any possible way to make a little circuit to adapt a fuel
gauge to a sending unit with the wrong ohm range?  Specifically, I want
to use a particular fuel guage that expects a 30-240 ohm range, and my
existing sending unit is 10-73.  This is a factor of 3 across the range

Camry is 99 4 cyl LE 95000 miles. Whenever car sits for more than 5-6
hours in cold or damp conditions, it will not start or sputter  and
die. It will start if  gas pedal is floored.
Car runs like a dream and starts normally in warm conditions.

I wondered if anyone knows of special procedures for bleeding trapped
air when refilling the cooling system on the 2.5L Subaru Boxer engine
(in particular for a '98 Subaru Legacy Outback).
To make a long story short, in August the car blew a small hole in the
