I have a 1999 Honda Accord with 230,000 miles on it and it runs great
except the automatic transmission seems to 'FLASH' (slight rev of
RPM's) in all gears and passing gear.  I changed the fluid with Honda
ATF (the old fluid was not burnt or smell bad) and it still does it.

I have 2003 alitma 2.5l.
I'm getting PO420 and PO507 engine codes.  The idle fluctuates in
neutral from 1000 to 1800.  Also while driving if below 2000 rpm it
will bounce between 1500 and 2000.
