Belt Life , 2004 Hyundai30 Apr 2008 18:23 GMT3
I just bought a 2004 Hyundai with 90 k on the odometer and wonder if it
is past the mileage point for replacement . My last car had 70 k listed
as a good point for a primary belt change. The warranty goes to 100 k
but I doubt that thisis covered.
04 Camry changing lower control arms, lift engine?30 Apr 2008 16:58 GMT2
After an inspection, the dealer informs me that my front lower control arm
bushings are coming loose. They want 5 hours labour and $200 each to replace
both control arms as the bushings are not removable. I checked the shop
manual, of course the outside engine mounts bolt over ...

Lincoln LS Parking Brake - Principle?30 Apr 2008 14:49 GMT3
My curious mind just wants to know....
I recently aquired a 2004 LS and it's the first car I've ever owned
where the parking brake wasn't applied "mechanically" through pulling on
a lever pivoted near the floor or pulled out from under the dash or
Turn right, skips and jumps, turn left, back to normal, what the     hell?29 Apr 2008 09:08 GMT10
I've got a weird issue with an 87 Toyota Pickup 2WD 4 speed pickup,
clutch has been replaced and transmission appears to be in half-decent
condition, but whenever I get going up to a decent speed the truck
will start to lose power, like skipping almost, if I floor it it'll

apparent. Seems to be less when below ~45mph. Car has 95,000 miles.

Update on my 1988 Toronado IPC issue, and yet more Toronado fun!  :(28 Apr 2008 11:00 GMT7
Okay, here's an update to my thread "IPC wiring harness connector for

93 Pontiac Grand Am27 Apr 2008 01:43 GMT4
I have a '93 Pontiac Grand Am that I "inherited" by default.  It has
not really been taken care of - unfortunately I do not have alot right
now that I can put into it.  Today it overheated and actually shut
down.  It did restart right away but was overheated.  I let it sit for
Radical tire rotation?25 Apr 2008 20:00 GMT5
I'd like to do a radical rotation of my tires, have them dismounted from
the wheels and put back on with the rounded off corners inward.  I would
make sure that they are still rotating in the same direction.  Is this a
bad idea?
Surprising increase in truck MPG24 Apr 2008 23:17 GMT148
I have a Chevy Silverado pickup that is by now about 18 months old.
I was never able to get more that about 220 miles out of a 22 gallon
tank of gas, sometimes even less.
However, the last three refills, gave me 280, 266, and 283 miles per

Wrinkle-free fabrics are very good material for designing your     business uniforms. You must make sure that you select such fabrics so that you     are assured your fabric undergoes minimum deterioration in the course of the     workday. Wrinkle-free fabrics retain only the creases that are deliberately     given to them at the point of manufacture, so that you get that sharp     corporate look when you are dressing for work. Imagine a trouser with a     sharply ironed crease at the fronts of the legs, and no unwanted creases below     the knees. That's the kind of business uniform you must look out for. And you     can get it if you choose wrinkle-free fabrics.23 Apr 2008 19:03 GMT1
