I was playing around with my old cylinder heads. If I looked into the intake port and help a flouresent light behine the closed valve I could see a gap and light. Does that mean these heads were no good? The engine ran before I took

I have the abs light on in my 1996 4x4 full size truck. Someone mentione don some models you can use a jumper or something to get the code? Does anyone know if this is possible on my model?

I bought at autozone a valve spring compressor. It is the type with jaws on the bottom that grab the lower part of the spring and smaller jaws at the top that yoy scre down that come in contact with the keeper area of the spring.

On my commuter car, which has a hemi style head, I remove the spark plug and insert a long narrow diameter plastic rod. I put the car in neutral and rock the car back and forth until I know I'm at Top Dead Center.
