Recently I was in a Wal Mart. Last year there basic oil change was about $18.95. Now Wal Mart charges $30.00 for the same basic oil change. Why such a huge and sudden increase? They are now as expensive as the premium oil change chains. (Jiffy Lube

The wipers on my 88 Pontiac Trans Am do work pretty well, once they start. But they take 2 or 3 minutes to get going. Once they are working they still have a few quirks, but are usable. My setup has wash, delay, low, and high.

Vehicle is a 2001 GMC Sonoma. The driver side windshield wiper will not wipe clean. Makes scrunching noises, etc. I replaced the blade but to no avail.
