anyone know if mazda specs anything special for their power steering fluid replacement (similar to honda requiring a proprietary fluid) ? of will any ATF type fluid do Ok ? in case it matters, 1998 mpv and a 2007 cx-7 are the two mazda's in question

Previously, in this group I asked about quieting the power steering pump on my 99 Ranger. (I tried to reply to that thread instead of starting another, but I don't see it posted) Mine's a little more intense than most plastic-bodied pumps....

The bearing/bushing has failed on the smog pump on my '87 Isuzu Trooper 2.3L. What problems will likely be caused if I just remove the belt ( it's all on its own ) and don't bother to replace it? I don't live in a place

I need to know where the oil plug is on hte Chevy Monte Carlo, 3.1L V6, 1999. I have an engine schematic that shows it's on the bottom corner of the engine but I can't make out whether it's towards hte back of the engine or in the front. Any help would be appreciated.

http://cakebekensail.angelfire.com/ I need to fab two new rubber fuel lines. They are dressed with quick disconnects at both ends. Know one seems to be able to supply them? Does anyone know where these can be obtained? Or am I out of luck.
