Tire pressure question15 Apr 2004 23:36 GMT12
Here kind of a stupid question.
On the tow vehicle and the camper the manufacturer states recommended tire
pressures.  The tires themselves naturally also have max. inflation

are their any RV's on a Chevy Chasis?

Propane fill problem15 Apr 2004 15:02 GMT4
Two propane stations tell me my built-in RV propane tank fill valve "won't
accept propane". The gauge reads 30% (the first station managed to put in
0.7 pounds, increasing the gauge reading from 22 to 30%.) Even if the gauge
were not working, the overflow valve should tell the ...

Tire and Battery Advice14 Apr 2004 15:32 GMT9
Time to replace the tires on my tow vehicle and the battery for my fifth
wheel.  My tow vehicle uses 255-70R/22.5, currently I have 6 year old
Bridgestones with 50,000 miles on them.  Cracks are starting to develop in
the sidewalls so it's time to replace them.  I'm inclined to ...

years until we can afford a newer pop-up. There's a 1990 Coleman Sequoia
listed about an hour's drive from us that may fit the bill. ...

Bigger batteries fit OEM battery box? 12 Apr 2004 23:03 GMT10
I'm replacing the two coach batteries in my 2002 24-foot Winnie. They're the
usual size . . . group 25 or whatever those 10-inch-long OEM batteries are.
I want to go to the next nominal size, the 12-3/4" size (Group 27 or so).
Specifically, I'm eyeballing the Optima Yellow D31A. ...
