| Petit Jean State Park, AR | 30 Jun 2004 22:38 GMT | 5 |
Just spent a great extended weekend at Petit Jean. It's a really nice park if you're looking to hike some, hang around the campsite - IOW, you're there to be there, not to be near somewhere else. Campground A is b y the lake, and apparently the "popular" one; when we called to

| chalet camping | 30 Jun 2004 19:07 GMT | 1 |
Just did a five day camping trip to the local mountains for Amateur Radio Field Day in my 1998 Chalet Aspen. We had a blast with perfect weather in the most primo little campground. The little Chalet is the neatest little camp trailer. Hope you all have some great camping trips this ...

| State Park Pass | 30 Jun 2004 06:57 GMT | 10 |
I am looking at a long term camping trip of 3-4 months at the end of the year and will be crossing a decent chunk of the US. I have heard about state park passes and was curious how they worked and if it would be to my advantage to get one. I am also not sure if there are ...

| Coleman cheyenne sink | 30 Jun 2004 03:48 GMT | 1 |
I have 1999 Coleman Cheyenne with a sink that just has cold water spigot. Can I replace the spigot with a hot and cold spigot? How hard is it and how expensive would it be? the 2000 Cheyennes came through with hot and cold waterspigots

| Class III Hitch extension platform? | 29 Jun 2004 17:24 GMT | 3 |
I don't think I've ever seen one of these, but I'm wondering if they exist. I've seen wire platforms that can mount in your Class III receiver - but is there one that has a class III receiver at the back, so you could mount it to your hitch, then attach your popup to the

| rack mount pop-up | 29 Jun 2004 13:44 GMT | 3 |
Every now and again I see those roof-top "pop-up" tents. Might have been something I would haver bought years ago, but I still get a kick out of seeing them -- and recently an ad as well. Happened to be from Harbor Freight, where I occasional buy tools, etc. I am

| 90 Pace Arrow Scrap | 29 Jun 2004 03:52 GMT | 4 |
I have a 33' 1990 Pace Arrow with a ruined 454(top to bottom). To replace it would barely cover what the unit is worth. The rest of the unit is in good shape and everything works, 2 AC's, fridge, generater, etc..

| 2000 Jayco 10 UD - water faucet troubles | 29 Jun 2004 03:31 GMT | 2 |
The J&C dual action water pump/faucet on our popup has failed completely. I'm considering replacing it with a triple-action lowboy faucet - the catalog lists it as being made by Leisure Components, seems like the local camper store has the same thing by another maker.

| 12v socket | 29 Jun 2004 01:56 GMT | 8 |
Hi there, I would like to add a 12v socket inside my trailer. What would be the best approach to do this? Do I just need to find a hot dc wire and a ground? and of course add a fuse. I would like it for my cell phone mostly. Also would I be able to run one of those inverters that ...

Why does someone think my posts should be removed? I can keep reposting, but it's annoying that someone should be deleting posts.

| NEW POP UP OWNER | 28 Jun 2004 19:58 GMT | 6 |
I just came home with my new 2004 Palomino Pony pop up camper. I LOVE IT! I also own a 87 STARCRAFT still in great condition, both have double/ double beds. Got an awsome deal on the 2004 $3999, because they needed to start clearing out the show room for the 2005 models
