toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder as tow vehicle31 Oct 2004 21:56 GMT13
Hokay, thinking of going back into RVing with a minimal pop up.  I'm curious
if anybody has had experience with a Toyota Tacoma four cylinder with
automatic as a tow vehicle?  The specs are far more than any pop up I'd
consider, but this is not exactly a speed demon without the ...
Grayson Highlands SP31 Oct 2004 14:45 GMT2
Hello everyone, it's been a long time.  I'm wondering if anyone has
camped at Grayson Highlands SP in Virginia and can let us know their
opinions on the drive up to the campground and the campground itself.
Thanks,

Perhaps one of the most interesting words in the English language today, is
the word f.ck. Of all the English words beginning with f, f.ck is the
single one referred to as the "f-word". It's the one magical word. Just by
it's sound it can describe pain, pleasure, hate and love. f.ck ...
back-up camera31 Oct 2004 13:22 GMT1
My rear-view camera is aimed down a bit more than I would like. Can anyone
advise how to re-aim the rear camera in my Holiday Rambler Endeavor (class
A).  There is no access door on the inside wall near the camera and the
exterior plastic bezel around the lens is bonded to the ...

Wood Rot and New Coleman Pop-Up's31 Oct 2004 03:48 GMT7
Not that the two items are directly related so let me explain.  We have a
'98 Coleman Sea Pine that we recently took to our local dealer to get the
floor replaced for some rot that was taking place along one edge under the
fridge.  It seems that water got trapped under the bottom ...
Ford E350-450 recall31 Oct 2004 00:19 GMT5
I just received a letter from Ford advising me of a couple recalls on the E-350
and E450 Class C chassis'. One is for replacement of air filter, the other is
for a diode for the anti-lock brake controller.

OIL PRESSURE30 Oct 2004 22:27 GMT5
I have a 1987 MH (Pace Arrow) with a 454 engine.  The oil pressure gauge
(original) has three marks on it: one with 30 marked beside it, another
with 60 marked beside it, and the third with dissect the area between
the other two.  I assume the marks indicate 30, 45 and 60 PSI.  ...
Floor Replacement30 Oct 2004 20:56 GMT2
Has anyone replaced the flooring on their popup?  Is it difficult to
do and are the cabinets, etc difficult to remove? Any other problems?
How is the plywood attached to the metal frame? I have a Starcraft
Lite which I bought in 1986 and the floor needs replacing.
Promote Your RV Club30 Oct 2004 17:51 GMT30
Recently posted a message to the SOLO-NET Mail List for
widow/widower/divorced/single by choice RV enthusiasts announcing the
re-opening of our  PhotoEZ web site.  Our retail site was closed while
we experimented with a single exclusive distributor ... which didn't
Looking at a used PUP need advice30 Oct 2004 17:29 GMT6
I am looking for a used pop up.  A fellow is advertising a 95 Jayco Eagle in
the local paper for $2000 OBO and he said  he is willing to go lower.   The
seller doesn't know the model number or length, but the unit does have a
front storage locker.  The problems seem to be a slow ...
Opinions on 2004 F-150 for 5th wheel30 Oct 2004 01:22 GMT24
We have 2004 Ford F-150 5.4L 2WD supercab pickup.  Ford States Max tow
capacity at 8500 pounds.  GCVW listed at 14000 for this rig.  I think it
weights about 5200 pounds empty.
We are looking at lightweight 5th wheels such as the Terry/Prowler/Jayco
Is George W. Bush insane?29 Oct 2004 02:37 GMT10
A senior Republican, experienced and wise in the ways of Washington, told me
last Friday that he does not necessarily accept that Bush is unstable, but
what is clear, he added, is that he is now manifestly unfit to be President.

05 Ford and overweight27 Oct 2004 17:42 GMT30
The below is a post from one of the Ford truck forums. It appears that you
can be overweight just by the GVWR ratings and not by the actual weight.
It's a long thread and I haven't seen any results to know if the ticket is
valid. Don't know if it applies to 5er's/TTs or not.
