Mounting the base plate on a 2002 Echo31 May 2005 04:56 GMT6
Well,
I got this mounted. I purchased a baseplate from RVupgrades for about $280
shipped, this was about $50-$75 less then most competitors.
I decided that I would mount this myself rather then spend the $200-400 to

Dogs30 May 2005 17:11 GMT40
My wife and I are considering going mobile and becoming full time RVers.
Our question is how do you handle dogs?
We have a female Westie a small dog of about 18 lbs. Do any RV parks exclude
dogs? If so approximately what percentage do so?

Noob buys popup.30 May 2005 05:24 GMT9
Looked at two trailers today and the g/f got sucked into one, but it
sure is nice.  I just hope it isn't a lemon!  We bought it from a fellow
from my work, so I  felt a bit better than buying from a complete
stranger.  The ($4000) 1998 Jayco 12UDK that we were to look at was sold ...
Odd problem30 May 2005 02:21 GMT7
This is a bit of an odd problem. The front of the camper (Coleman Rio) has
a
storage area.  It is surrounded on the outside by plastic.  I assume that
this section is NOT under warranty.  I've noticed that in 2 corners the
Minimum safe AC voltage?30 May 2005 00:20 GMT23
I guess some parks have substandard electrical supplies.   What would be the
minimum voltage before I might cause damage to some of my appliances?   110?
100?     Seems to me I might want to install a voltmeter somewhere so I can
monitor the incoming current.   Has anyone done this? ...

We are in the market for a new battery.  I read that a maintence free
battery is not the way to go but.... some people advise buying the yellow

for a good battery?
