equipped with a towing package.  Does anyone know what items are included in
the towing package and if it is necessary to pull and stop a 2400 lb trailer
plus 1200 lbs of people and gear on relatively flat ...

Hey all-
We just got from from our first real trip with the new Jayco 1006.
It was a blast!  There are a few quirks that we're trying to figure out
at the moment, but overall everything was great.
Add on fresh water level gauge?29 Jun 2005 17:29 GMT12
Is there such a thing?
Can you add a gauge to your existing fresh water tank?
Cost? Any cheap solutions?
Also, does an analog voltage gauge use significant power?

Chevy/Workhorse P30 Autopark System29 Jun 2005 00:43 GMT1
I just have to relate the saga of the autopark system on my 1995 Winnie
Adventurer and see whether anyone can help.
The MH came with a Chevy P3/P30 chassis (which one depends on where you
read it; they're the same).  This chassis has a transmission

I'm starting to plan my boondocking setup and need a rough idea of
panel size needed.
13" TV (90 watt 110v) used 2-3 hours in the evening.
Radio (12v) used 3-4 hours per day.

A/C doesn't cool very well26 Jun 2005 21:05 GMT23
I've own a low mileage '84 Sportscoach Pathfinder.  Everything works except
that the roof A/C doesn't cool nearly as well as it should.  I suspect the
thing is gone low on freon over the years.
I don't have any experience with RV air conditioning.  Is there a way to
Onan Problems26 Jun 2005 18:10 GMT7
1990 Champion LaSalle, 6.5 Onan, this generator used to run both roof AC's

This week end we're dry camping, it's very hot, about 95-100, and it will
Small TTs25 Jun 2005 12:11 GMT3

Looking for experience and thoughtful thoughts on these products.
I think I would want a 16 foot or more, but not a 5th wheel.
Do not have kids.
My RV learning experience24 Jun 2005 15:02 GMT19
Well, I learned a couple things on my last outing. Here goes:
After a couple days camping and a night of heaving drinking, my black
water tank seemed to be full. I could tell because I could see the
water level close to the floor level. I hooked up the hose and pulled
