Mold, Mold, Mold!12 Jun 2005 14:48 GMT2
The subject line says it all!
Opened up my pop-up yesterday, have mold on the side, curtains, and top of
the canvas where it connects to the roof.
First, what is the BEST way to COMPLETELY remove the mold?
From what I see on ebay...12 Jun 2005 03:27 GMT4
The smaller the Travel Trailer, and to some extent, the RV, the higher the
price on the used market.
The slide-in pick up truck campers are OUTRAGEOUS!
Am I wrong?
Anyone here know the Kingston, Ontario region?12 Jun 2005 02:30 GMT3
We may be taking our motor home to the Kingston, Ontario area next month
and would like to contact anyone familiar with the RV park facilities in
that area.
As this does not qualify as "general interest" for this ng, e-mail replies
Coleman electrical problem11 Jun 2005 12:11 GMT4
The last time my 99 Coleman Niagara was used (by my son) he said that the
air conditioner worked but the overhead ceiling lights did not. He also said
when he connected our small microwave and tried to use it, it "kicked" all
the power off. He was connected to the park's ...

Yep, I'm on the road aboard my Rexhall 32 Vision, having left home in
California last Sunday.

in a lifetime trip.
water tank advice needed10 Jun 2005 03:39 GMT6
We have a Starcraft hybrid, 3 years old now.  I'd like to put some water in the
tank before we leave on short trip.  I know Ihave to use a clean hose, etc.
Also will not be putting a lot in (I think it holds 40 gallons) as it would add
to the weight.  Question is: How do I clean ...
Exercise Equipment10 Jun 2005 02:01 GMT7
Has anyone discovered a lightweight preferrably compact recumbent exercise
bike?
My wife needs to exercise regularly. She would like to find a machine light
enough so she could handle it herself.
Tow vehicle?10 Jun 2005 01:12 GMT18
I am planning to get a popup soon. I drive a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport. A
friend of mine says the wheel base is too short, that the popup will
start to sway back and forth at certain speeds. I hope not. Anybody out
there own a explorer sport that tows a popup?
Light10 Jun 2005 00:36 GMT3
I was wondering....Does the material on the bunk ends block light. In
regular tents the sunlight comes right through the material.

I have been researching the Class B motorhomes built on the Sprinter
Chassis. I see where the horsepower is listed at 154 hp with 243 FT./LB @
1600-2400 rpm.
The towing capacity is rated at 5000 LBS. Will this low rated HP & Torque

Wiring on 2003 Coleman Mesa08 Jun 2005 23:42 GMT8
Yes, another trailer wiring question. My Silverado has the factory trailer
package which I "assumed" would allow me to charge my camper battery and run
the 12V refrigerator while I was towing. Never thought twice about it, but
after a couple long trips now I ended up with a ...
Brake Magnets08 Jun 2005 22:55 GMT3
How long do brake magnets last?
Do they wear at the same rate as brake linings?
Are there any tell tail sign of magnets starting to wear out or do the
just fail?

6v. Battery Question Post Script07 Jun 2005 20:03 GMT5
I got the two batteries, and changed them out.  Hooked up the negative to
where the negative was on the other 12v. battery.  Hooked up the positive
where the positive was.  Put the jumper on.  Strong arc.  The jumper got
hot.
