What is the difference between trailer tires and car tires? Can I use car tires on my trailer provided I obseve load ratings? I wish to take the 13 inch tires off my '73 Glenelle trailer and replace them with 14 inch tires from my Aerostar van (perfect match bolt pattern)

When running cold water, everything OK. When running hot or warm water, faucets all spit out some air. Gets better as more water is run. Seems I read something about this a while back but can't recall the cause
