My van insurance covers my popup in road accidents when towed. But yesterday we had 3 tornadoes come through and I was wondering, what happens if it were to get picked up and slung into someones car or house? Who's insurance is responsible for paying damages?

I have an Onan Microlite 2.8 Series KV-C that is surging. I have replaced the spark plug, run about a quart of Berrymans mixed 50:50 with gasoline through it, and "toyed" with the altitude mixture adjustment.
