With a modified sine type of Inverter like the compact kind that you can get at Menards for approx. $79, it puts out a voltage of about 90 volts. Is there a formula for this that tells you what the 'actual' voltage is at the product youre powering ? IE : Does 90 Inverter

Just installed a laptop mount in my RV so I could use Streets & Trips with GPS. Mount is very adjustable and stable when tightened down. Software works great so far. Here's link to some pics for anyone that might be interested.
