Somebody asked for proof... Propane danger.11 Jul 2007 15:50 GMT26
Somebody asked for proof that propane is dangerous and can explode your
RV.   Naysaysers abound and that's for sure.  I think it was that Dean
fellow, you know the one. He's the homophobic one. He wrote: "You insist
on this reiterating totally stupid comment.  Would you PLEASE ...

Make your own portable fridge?10 Jul 2007 03:46 GMT9
I am planning a trip to the Baha next winter with my wife and
newborn.  We're on a very tight budget.  We have a suitable van
(Safari) that we can all sleep in comfortably, and can set up an
eating area made of tarps and portable tables.   We can easily handle

Once youve decided on which RV you want to buy,  have you ever gone to
the Seller (whether private or a Dealer) , with a Cashiers Check already
made out in their name with an amount considerably lower than their

You can be safer in your RV if you get rid of the danger of propane. It
can be replaced by free, renewable energy. Yes, solar power is there for

CG info on Streetpilot08 Jul 2007 17:41 GMT1
I have recently received as a gift a Streetpilot C330.  I find it is
great for travelling, but not so good for planning a route.  Is there
any way to download to it campgrounds locations? That would go a long
way to make it much more useful.

Pro and Cons?07 Jul 2007 21:55 GMT10
The wife and I have been looking at pop-ups.  We both like the highwall
style because the appliances seem to be more usable.  We both like campers
with a bump-out.
She is partial to the Jayco 12HW.

We are planning our first out of state trip with the trailer. The idea
