86 Z2827 Jun 2004 20:52 GMT2
Does anyone know what the frame style is for an 86 Z28? I need to do
some transmission work and someone told me I may need to remove the
engine to remove the tranny because the car has a "K" frame.
Thanks
94 Camaro cooling problem - suggestions?27 Jun 2004 20:25 GMT2
My 94 Camaro (V6, auto) runs great, and the engine stays cool (i.e., normal
operating temperature) *as long as the A/C is on*.  If I switch the A/C off,
and the engine is at idle for a few minutes (stop light, etc.) the engine
temp starts to creep way up.  Once I start driving again ...

Hey everyone, I'm going to start a project car in the next year and I
wanted to know if anyone has any experience putting a recent model LS1
or LS6 crate engine in the body of a 68 camaro? I'm going to put in a
different trany and rear-end, so the match up can come later on those

tech:  Head Boly Tightneing sequence 32725 Jun 2004 12:35 GMT5
I was wondering if there is a specific sequence for tightening the head
bolts on a 67 327.  If it makes a difference they are not aluminum.  I
have looked on the web but have not had any luck.
Thanks
TCC Lockup help23 Jun 2004 06:07 GMT1
I've never done any serious work to a car before, so if I sound mentally
challenged please bear with me. I have an '89 IROC that was a 350 that I
put a stroker kit in as well as changing the cam and putting 2.02/1.60
valves in. (Also zero decked, w/flat top pistons)
fuel gauge23 Jun 2004 00:08 GMT1

Help with engine swap?22 Jun 2004 04:36 GMT7
I'm putting a 350 into a 85 Camaro that had the icky 2.8 V-6 in it. ANY
information is appreciated. Nothing is aligning up, the onlything I figured
out so far is the engine mounts are going to need to be scooted up to the
front bolt holes, are they the same brackets I use?
