I put SLP's cold-air induction on my '97 Formula a couple years ago. Last November a young lady darted-out in front of me to get T-boned and buy me a new SLP "RAM-AIR" hood. Based on the 20HP gain SLP quoted for the cold-air setup vs the 15hp gain they quoted for the

When I bought my Camaro (1968), about 1 year ago, it had just been repainted, not a show car quality job but a nice original looking matador red with the black bumblebee stripe. The paint looks good, but I don't think it has ever really been buffed out

Well, that was a fun job (on my 66 Elky). The shop manual I have said it was similar to first gen Camaros. Out of curiosity, does anyone know what kind of time a pro would put on that job? I just wonder how much it cost me for the experience, because I know

| '86 CHMSL | 25 Jul 2004 07:19 GMT | 6 |
CHMSL = center high mounted stop light It's mounted externally, on the roof side of the hatchback glass. This was the first and only year Z28's and IROC-Z's had this unique feature.

I'm trying to do a Disc brake conversion on my 67' Malibu. I was told 70' Camaro steering knuckle asm and caliper/rotor will be an easy swap. So about 2 yr ago I bought a supposed 70' Camaro subframe and put the knuckles in storage. I just started to do the swap and these

| Towing an '86 Camaro | 23 Jul 2004 08:33 GMT | 10 |
I need to tow a non-running '86 Camaro Coupe (V6, standard) about 200 miles from Florida to Mississippi. I don't want to use the big U-Haul auto-transporter because I don't know how I'd get the car on it. I figure I can easily push it onto a tow dolly.
